alien extra was not available anymore, please update the URL

I am trying to use alien to convert package from rpm to deb. and I found that the URL given in the README is not available anymore. Please hep to update the URL, ftp://ykbsb2.yk.psu.edu/pub/alien/alien-extra.rpm.

I think that alien might be quite outdated. Now, there is a tool called fpm that does a great job at handling package formats: https://github.com/jordansissel/fpm
