Automatic submission tracking is missing

Currently you can only record your submission manually before actually submitting the CFP form.
While it is still possible to record submission later in a couple of clicks, it's not a nice experience. Submission records should not be lost.

Suggested ideas of implementing this:

1. Keep track of which forms have been auto-filled and listen to onSubmit" for those forms. This can cover a lot of cases, but not all websites use <form> and / or do not trigger the submit event.
2. Have an in-page reminder to submit in case no form element is found. Might be annoying?
3. Keep track of the currently submitting tab.id in the service worker, then record a submission (perhaps, with a conformation?) when page is reloaded / some other trigger. Not very reliable since submit events can happen without reloading.
