Any plan to provide an up-to-date BuildOnMe example?

I'm planning to write some simple GUI utils based on mlt and Qt. The demo I can find is BuildOnMe which is Qt4-based and based on outdated mlt version. I actually got it compiled on Qt 6 with newer mlt version but the result is quite buggy and I'm not sure if it's caused by my changes.

Is there any plan to provide an updated version of BuildOnMe demo for Qt 6 and most recent mlt version?
