At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, but after following all the steps indicated (test and error "a thousand times"):

1. Add filter > motion detection
2. Add filter set > blur or mosaic
3. Add tracking to simple mask
   In this last step, it just skate, so I had to close the program and reopen it to load it.
