After copying project - speed settings for clips are not preserved

Describe the bug
After copying my project to another PC, none of my speed forward filter settings are kept

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a speed forward filter on a part of a clip in a project
2. Copy the project to another PC
3. Launch the project on that PC. Notice that the speed adjustments are no longer there.

Expected behavior
Speed adjustments need to be adhered to from the prior save of the project file.
