Request to remove 13 deprecated server entries (renamed to pare-* prefix)

Hello — I am the owner of the namespace io.github.Dave-London.

I have 13 MCP servers published under @paretools/* on npm. They were originally published to the registry without a pare- prefix in the server name. I have since rebranded and republished all 13 under corrected names with the pare- prefix. The old entries are now deprecated and should be removed.
