Add Vertical Menu

Adding a vertical menu can be a great option for better accessibility.
I have 2 suggestions for how to add this feature:

1. Add an item to the toolbox to rotate 90 degrees to the right or left.
2. Apply a vertical menu to the "StartUp Location" form after selecting the location to open in the right or left direction.
   I think this arrangement is more practical:
