add option to copy pull req url to clipboard

would be good if there was an option to copy pull req url to clipboard. as people need to send pull req url to Team lead etc for review

on line 184 on bin/pullr.js i have added this to copy to clipboard for windows for myself

I could see us adding an option to only output the url from the process. A user could then pipe the output of pullr to their clipboard program of choice. We wouldn't want to automatically update the user's clipboard though.

If you want to open a Pull Request with a possible solution/implementation we'd love to check it out.
