Allow manual rules for parsing compounds #8
Description
Add an additional tab where users can configure their own rules for parsing compounds.
Using manual rules to parse a compound should disable query request for that item. The fingerprints in the BioNexus database will not have been parsed with the same ruleset and we need to prevent spurious results.
