Investigate the oldest Guava version that still works with the Java SDK #305
Description
The Java SDK currently specifically pulls in the version of Guava used by the grpc dependency. We should determine the oldest version of Guava that will work with that dependency so we can start using a version range to avoid messing with customer dependency versions.
