Monaca LocalKit does not do hot reloading

When I change code, on save the preview is refreshed, but goesd to the first page, it does not stay at the correct page currently displaying.

Thanks @svdoever. Hot reloading is still experimental in Monaca CLI, and not yet implemented yet in Localkit.

It's because Localkit is not using webpack-dev-server for serving the HTTP server, instead of using Electron's WebView, in order to support dev tools.

We'll see if webpack-dev-server can be used with Electron WebView, or we might need to switch to IFRAME.
