Project window ... would be nice if it acted more like sourcetree for git

1. groups ... I'm already heading into well over 100 projects and since there is no search ability, it's starting to get hard to find my project.

2. drag and drop loading. clicking on the + icon is ok but it would be nice to be able to just drag a my folder onto the left side and let monaca do it's magic.

Both are very good ideas. We will definitely consider them for the future updates.
