Tildes break the entire thing on local workspaces

Describe the bug
If you have a file, or even a folder, that has a tilde (e.g. - ~define.dm) in its name, it will error and say that the file is non-existent.

What browser are you using?
Chrome.

Additional context
It was working last week with the exact same files, and now refuses to run any local workspace, regardless of codebase. I was specifically using Baystation12, however.

Also having this issue with Whitesands.

I'm know nothing about any of the code in this but I think it has to do with #24.

Have this specific issue as well and it's causing a major problem in mapping. Since the file specifically both handle code that's critical it's annoying to have to disable it each time I need to map because of it's role.

I've gotten around the issue by pushing the branch I want to make map edits on to GitHub and then editing it through the remote repository option, and then fetching it back from remote.

If necessary as a workaround you can replace the tildes with curly braces, since they also have the property of being sorted in the list last
