horizontal scroll issue

When I use bootstrap-rtl in my Drupal site(just by adding the css folder into my theme), everything work fine except that the horizontal scroll bar appear and when I scrolling, noting has been shown to me in the extended page. my bootstrap version is 3.3.5 (the paper theme). what am I missing here ?

these css codes solved my problem:

 overflow-y: scroll;
 overflow-x: hidden;
 overflow: -moz-scrollbars-vertical;
} 

and if you have chosen module enabled
