Please update the packages of this SDK

Hello Team, 

Please update the packages of this SDK. 
All of the packages are outdated and some of them have critical vulnerabilities.  (CVEs)

I am unable to install the dependencies and getting lot of build errors. 

I am using this python version  (Python 3.13.4) and dependencies are stale and broken
