Conflicting Dependencies (em-websocket and em-http-request) #7

Tracker issue until igrigorik/em-websocket#106 is resolved.
Latest release of em-http-request (1.1.1) depends on http_parser.rb 0.6.0.pre2
Latest release of em-websocket (0.5.0) depens on http_parser.rb 0.5.0
Since the rjr web and ws dependencies are optional, the end user may run into this when attempting to run rjr w/ the latest gem deps. The Gemfile has been updated to fix the travis build and this should be closed if/when the em-websocket PR is ACK'd and a new release cut.
