Quoted text incomplete due to incomplete div.content-raw #4604
Description
I noticed when using Quote on the following post that the quoted text terminated before the emoji:

Quote uses the contents of div.content-raw which are incomplete in this case.
I have not tried to track down why {{ answer.content_parsed|safe }} is complete but {{ answer.content }} is not. (These references are from kitsune/questions/jinja2/questions/includes/answer.html.)
Via the API, the JSON for the answer content is:
"content":"<p>The 83.0 update turned purge_trackers back on, and now I'm signed out of everything again. \ud83d\ude22\n<\/p><p>Is there any kind of diagnostic information you'd like me to provide that could help figure out why this is apparently only happening to some people and not others? If I can't help get this fixed, or at least get purge_trackers to stay off, I won't be able to continue using Firefox.\n<\/p>"
So that looks fine so far...
