The PDF.js viewer includes several toolbar buttons with tooltip labels (e.g., Zoom in/out, Print, Download), but the "Rotate counterclockwise" button does not display a tooltip when hovering.
This creates an inconsistent user experience and reduces accessibility for new users or screen readers.
Why this is a real issue:
- Missing tooltips reduce usability for people unfamiliar with the icons
- Screen readers require proper labeling for accessibility
- Other toolbar actions already provide tooltips, so this inconsistency can confuse users
Suggested solution:
Add a tooltip label such as "Rotate counterclockwise" to the rotate icon in viewer.html to match the style of existing toolbar button tooltips.
