Title tag: cut off or wrong encoding

Hello, I am trying to get the Title tag of multiple Mp3s, and I noticed for some files, the tag is empty (its not actually empty, its just printed empty).

This was the case for a file with the title tag "L’Obscurité (Original Mix)"
Does this have anything to do with the encoding?

I changed the Tag encoding to UTF8, however now I get "L?Obscurité (Original Mix)"

Also, for some reason, some title tags are cut off, for example: "You Are The Power (Original Mi"
