Some problem in comprehending your paper. #109

Description

In the subsection Deep Feature Flow Training of section 3. Deep Feature Flow.

What do you mean when you say "When i > k, feature maps f_k are propagated to f_i as in Eq. (3). Otherwise, the feature maps are identical and no propagation is done.“

I don't get it, when you say "Otherwise, the feature maps are identical". Does the Otherwise mean that " i<=k"? and what are the features in this situation identical to?

Thanks for your efforts if I got any reply from you guys.
