Opt-in: Anonymous usage report

Implementation of a 12 hour usage report to collect some numbers:

• Environment: docker, ha_addon, other
• Version: package version, other
• Consumption_variant: (csv|ha)
• Solar provider: (fcsolar..)
• Price Provider: tibber ..
• time_resolution: 60 or 15
• inverter_type: Fronius, MQTT ...
• evcc plugin: yes/no
• MQTT plugin: yes/no
• Controlled capacity: kWh of battery
• Architecture: x86 ...
• batcontrol logic: default
• timezone: Europe/Berlin

On the server side, these values are stored with sha256(salt+date+ip) as a data point in influxDB.

Based on this we can understand what the userbase is, where to focus development.

And we can create some graphs on the project homepage like:

Community SOC% , "totally controlled kWh" or whatever.
