Expand docs for every .env.example key #59

Recently, @tuliooassis added added basic instructions for configuring the local .env file (check a0e2742#diff-04c6e90faac2675aa89e2176d2eec7d8R43-R45) at the issue #53
However, it is possible that some newcomers may not be able to configure it themselves.
Therefore, it would be good to expand the explanation about the environment file: the usefulness of each key, and how to obtain the value (where to generate API keys, which values already exist and can be used).
