Reintroduce attribute type output for `ws config dump`

with WS v0.2.x the ws config dump command would return the information
on v0.3.x this information is no more available

given the new output format of ws config dump I suggest to add at the beginning of the output the new section:
attribute type: string | array [ encrypted | integer | floating (???) ]

This change has occurred because 0.2.x simply var_dump()s the attribute value, but when adding config dump we made a conscious decision to have output that is more program friendly.

I have added what detection I can, for string, integer, float and array. Boolean isn't possible because it gets converted to 1 or 0 and cannot determine what the original yaml was. Same goes for encrypted values which are decrypted by the time this function receives the value.
