RASDRproc will fault when attempted to run over a remote desktop connection

If you attempt to start RASDRproc over a remote desktop connection, it will eventually raise an unhandled exception. This seems to be a common problem with OpenGL programs as shown in this post.

I've created a branch to investigate it.

So it turns out to have needed two pieces of info. [1], because the code used a variety of OpenGL API, which needed to be initiailized with {{{glewExperimental = GL_TRUE}}}. [2], because the FFT line rendering used VBO and these were intoduced in OpenGL 3.0+. Fortunately, the code allowed to disable the use of VBOs, so I did that.

To keep the user experience the same, I had to re-arrange how the ogl_* objects were initialized as they were being done prematurely to the OpenGL system. Its a hacky fix, but this code is kind of a monster anyway. I'll close the ticket when the code is merged into the master.
