Getting secrets from AzureKeyVault

I am following [this document to get the secrets from Azure KeyVault](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/vs-secure-secret-appsettings#aspnet-and-net-applications). I think I can use appSettings to do that. However, I have the username and password separate in AzureKeyVault. Do you have any insight on this? Can you please add this to the documentation?
