How to add urls and more user credentials?

Hello,

I am trying to secure the root directory of where we keep files while allow clients to access their dev files as well. Currently this is only setup for one user and one password. I am trying to set up two urls with two dirrect credentials one for the root directory and one with a wild card to allow access to all other urls. Not sure if this is possible or not.
