[Report] Unauthorized copy with copyright attribution removal by gaebalai/CodeGraphMCPServer #1

@aktsmm

Description

@aktsmm

Summary

Your repository nahisaho/CodeGraphMCPServer has been copied without authorization to gaebalai/CodeGraphMCPServer.

The copy was made without forking (no fork relationship), the entire commit history was removed, and critically, your copyright attribution in the LICENSE file was replaced.

Evidence

1. Timeline

  • Your repository: Created 2025-11-26 with ongoing development history
  • gaebalai copy: Created 2026-01-14 — all 165 files (83,634 lines) added in a single commit (\26d2394, message: \Release v0.9.0)

2. Copyright Attribution Replacement

Your original LICENSE:
\
MIT License
Copyright (c) 2025 nahisaho
\\

gaebalai's copy:
\
MIT License
Copyright (c) 2025 JAEWOO KIM by GAEBALAI.
\\

Your name was completely removed and replaced.

3. No Fork Relationship

  • \ ork: false\ — this is not a GitHub fork. The repository was created as a new repo to hide the origin.

4. No Attribution

  • No mention of
    ahisaho\ anywhere in the copied repository.
  • No credit, no acknowledgment.

5. Serial Pattern

This is not an isolated incident. The same user (gaebalai) has done the same thing to at least two other developers:

  • aktsmm/vscode-agent-skill-ninja → copied as \gaebalai/vscode-agent-skill-finder\ (also published to VS Code Marketplace)
  • Dev-GOM/claude-code-marketplace → copied as \gaebalai/claude-code-marketplace\ (Apache 2.0 downgraded to MIT)

In every case, the pattern is identical: no fork, single commit import, copyright holder replaced with \JAEWOO KIM by GAEBALAI, zero attribution.
