Dockerfile for fcs-adaptor

Hello,
I see you have images stored on the FTP ncbi server here, but would you please consider adding the Dockerfile for FCS-adaptor ?

I'm interested in a GNU (e.g., Ubuntu) container, so if you have something different I could use as a template, that would be helpful.
