safe_dates document and winter breeders #80
Description
Winter breeders have start days that are later than end days, but this isn't reflected in the safe_dates document because the earlier day apppears to be listed as the start. Something needs to be done to accomodate/identify winter breeders to avoid errors in data summaries and analyses.
