Fix Github Actions for this Repo

Github actions as it is does not work. It fails on every commit. We do not use the "proper" github actions style (we should have an action to pull, then an action to sim etc) right now its all one big action hosted on my personal profile.

Potential Reasons:

• It pulls from the wrong branch.
• The simulator in the docker container uses different RC channel mappings than the real bot, causing the tests to fail.
