Establish standard tooling for YOLO model training

There is currently (as far as I can tell) no internal documentation on data generation or model training.

Tasks:

• Choose one of the official docker containers to provide yolo tooling
  • For V5
  • For V8+
• Document data generation
  • Setting up the simulator & SimCB
  • Using the simulator
  • solo2yolo
• Document training using the containers (just a few training & eval commands are fine, ultralytics docs handle setup)
