Predicted_fused_transcripts and Predicted_fused_proteins columns are missing

I am using FusionCatcher downloaded and installed via miniforge3 according to the manual at
https://github.com/ndaniel/fusioncatcher/blob/master/doc/manual.md

All seems to be working fine, thank you, but the output file misses two last columns listed in table 1 for all samples. Tool was submitted with all default parameters.

Predicted_fused_transcripts
Predicted_fused_proteins

What could be a reason?
