Uploading files containing "-h" in the file path simply displays help and exit and does not upload file #63

I've been using the neocities CLI for a while now to help update my site and it's been very helpful. While working on my site I noticed that there were always a few pages that never seemed to upload, and for some reason didn't seem to display any error.

I noticed that all of the files that didn't upload contained "-h" in them.

Example of uploading file containing "-h":

$ neocities upload test-h.html

  |\---/|
  | O_o |   Neocities
   \_o_/

  upload - Upload individual files to your Neocities site

  Examples:

  $ neocities upload img.jpg img2.jpg Upload images to the root of your site

  $ neocities upload -d images img.jpg Upload img.jpg to the 'images' directory on your site

Example of uploading file that does not contain "-h":

$ neocities upload test.html
Uploading test.html to /test.html ...
SUCCESS: your file(s) have been successfully uploaded

This seems to occur with deleting files as well. I suspect this has something to do with the help command being read in the file path.
