`neocities push` doesn't have an option to push to neocities subdirectories

neocities push always push to the website root, instead of subdirectories that would be useful to upload to.

hello, for uploading files into sub directories you should use the #upload method.

 ❯ neocities upload

  upload - Upload individual files to your Neocities site

  Examples:

  $ neocities upload img.jpg img2.jpg    Upload images to the root of your site

  $ neocities upload -d images img.jpg   Upload img.jpg to the 'images' directory on your site

If you're interested - check it. It has another logic for upload method.

But I don't want to upload individual files.
I want to upload entire directories.
