New commands - "pacx view update" e "pacx view bulk update"

In my opinion it could be useful to add the following new commands on the views:

1. pacx view update, to rename a view or change its structure, filters and sorting
2. pacx view bulk update, much more useful than the first, to change the basic structure of multiple views that share it (for example, how many times have you had to give the same structure and px to the Active, Inactive and Advanced views?)

the second is on the go, just download the new release of pacx.
on the first one:

• rename is possible via pacx view rename
• to change the structure of a view via command line is feasible, but we need to design the command properly to make it actually more useful than the interface. Any suggestion on this?

I took my time to figure out a way to make those commands actually more effective than the manual counterpart.
