Not listed in Package Control: Install Package

As of this writing it does not show up in 'Package Control: Install Package'. There is 'BlockCursorEverywhere' by a different author, but 'SublimeBlockCursor' is not there.

Are you sure you didn't install it previously, but it is disabled?

I'd never heard of it before this morning and this is a new installation of Sublime 2.

Same same here. On ST3 and ST2.
No SublimeBlockCursor from @netpro2k but there's the Block Cursor Everywhere from @ingshtrom
