All users can see activity within a shared folder

Have a requirement for all users within a share to see the activity of that folder. E.g. user 1, user 2, user 3 have access to a shared folder. User 1 can see if User 3 downloads the file.

At the minute can only find a way admins to see the detailed activity stream.

Any guidance or plug in suggestions much appreciated!

Basically https://github.com/nextcloud/files_downloadactivity/blob/master/lib/Activity/Listener.php#L118 would need to be done in a loop over all users returned by OCP\Share\IShareHelper::getPathsForAccessList()

I face that same issue and it is really penalizing.
As a result, in a public folder, it is impossible to know who did what on a folder or a file...
When multiple people work together an error is quickly here...
Above limitation, make traceability and improvement almost impossible.
