Description
Nextcloud (please complete the following information):
- Nextcloud-Version: 32.0.2
- Forms-Version: 5.2.3
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. I work for a business which has events containing a large variety of performers. We use a publicly shared form to gather music files from recurring performers and both music & signups from first-time performers. The signups are sorted through by managers, but the files (up to eight per performer, up to eight performers a weekend) are handled by our show technician using a synced folder on their computer. When they open the folder containing all of the file uploads, they are presented with numbered submissions containing neatly organized files. The issue is that they cannot tell whose folder is whose. The manager has to log into Nextcloud, open the form, and match up the names (provided in the form) with the numbers.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the ability to append the answer to a question (i.e. Name) to the folder name in the files section.
Rather than folders named "81" "82" and "83", it could be "81 Bob" "82 Mary" and "83 Felicity"
Describe alternatives you've considered
I saw another issue opened which looked like it might potentially help, but appears to be aimed at the Forms side:
#2812
I've also tried looking into Flows, but there doesn't appear to be one that would provide this functionality.
