Photo details show wrong time, perhaps ignoring exif OffsetTime.

Describe the bug
The time presented by the Details tab in the sidebar seems to be timezone corrected twice.
The server shows the correct time in UTC. My profile has location Sweden. All other times in Nextcloud seem to be correct.
With exiftool I can verify that the information is correct:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload a photo.
2. Open it in the Photos app.
3. Open the sidebar and select Details.
4. Date and time taken is presented with the time off by two hours.

Expected behavior
Date and time taken should be presented in my timezone.

Additional info:
The Android Files app shows correct time.
The Metadata app also shows correct time.

Same here, container is in the right time/TZ, metedata are correct, everything is displayed properly in Memories, only Photos add +02:00 offset

It is a bug in viewer. A report has already been submitted:
nextcloud/viewer#2753

I also observed this issue in the web viewer, however in the nextcloud app for Android it is even worse: the time will be offset one additional hour. I don't know why. Looking at the same picture (synced via the app) in Samsung Gallery the time is correct. All other files have correct time, even when I sync them with the app. It is only my pictures
