Media doesn't appears when migrate of massive numbers of photos via CLI

Describe the bug
I installed new istance of NextCloudAIO. I copy all users media into Photos folder of each user.
I run command "php occ files:scan --all" and all files are seen by Nextcloud filesystem.
I open the mobile app and a can view all photos as files but when a click on Media section, I don't see anything.
No errors are reported by system.

If otherwise I load media in Photos folder manually via web, a see pictures via mobile app and web portal (as file too).

This is unrelated to the Photos app. In the Android client you specify the media folder via the 3-dot menu in the client itself, while in the Media section.
