When enabling the photos app, the following error occurs:

Migration file exists:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download and enable the photos app, when a previous version has been installed and removed.

Expected behavior

A working photos app

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
• Database: postgresql-14 version 14.17-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
• Webserver: apache2 2.4.58-1ubuntu8.8
• PHP: 8.2.29-1+ubuntu24.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

Is there a way to just skip or mark this migration as done somewhere in the database?

It's more than a bit strange that the class file is visible, but unable to load.

Permissions perhaps?

Any chance you have two copies of Photos installed (possibly not even in the same apps/ folder, depending on your config)?

Anything else unusual about your instance or install method?
