Error missing separator compiling augustus/auxprogs

Hello,

I think there is a mistake in the Makefile in folder auxprogs/ some spaces should be replaced by a tab (line 10). It prevented me from compiling the augustus software.

There was also an error due to a missing ../bin directory so I think there should be a `mkdir -p ../bin` somewhere but I do not really know where to add this...
