etraining segmentation fault

Hi,

the command `etraining --CRF=1 ` terminates with a segmentation fault.

```
*** CRF training round 1 of 2 ***
using training sequence Scf0000001_363817-366096 (length=2280).
Segmentation fault
```

Any idea why?
