Augustus CGP test

Hi,

I'm running CAT and I'm having an error when the pipeline runs AugustusCgp. One of the developers said that "this could be because something is wrong with the version of Augustus" I'm running. Is there a sample test I can use to check if Augustus works fine?

I don’t know as I’ve never used that part of Augustus. From the makefiles it looks like requires more dependencies and setup in order to work. My goal in this repo was to get a version that worked in OSX with proteinprofile and bam filtering functionality. The developers now have a github page so you might have more luck over there.
