Meaning of the fan modes / fan mode cannot be changed partly

I have an IdeaPad Flex 5 16IAU7, which has 3 option for the fan mode, which are

• Intelligent Cooling
• Extreme Performance
• Battery Saving

These options are shown both on UEFI and on the Vantage app on Windows.
However, the Fan Mode here shows 4 options which are:

Which option do I have to select if I for example want to have the maximum performance or if I want to enter Battery Saving mode? I think that Efficient Thermal Dissipation is equivalent to Intelligent Cooling on my laptop because I selected this before installing Debian and never changed it to something else since then. I have Debian 12 installed.

What I found out so far:

Changing fan modes from UEFI:

• Changing to Battery Saving -> App shows no text in fan mode
• Changing to Intelligent Cooling -> App shows Efficient Thermal Dissipation
• Changing to Extreme Performance -> App also shows no text in fan mode

App when Battery Saving and Extreme Performance from UEFI is selected

Changing fan modes from the app:

• Changing to Dust Cleaning -> Activates the fan to the maximum speed possible
• Changing to Super Silent and Standard does not work (partly duplicate from Can't Change Fan Mode #20 and fan option don't work  #4)
• Efficient Thermal Dissipation is probably the Intelligent Cooling on my laptop as told before. I am able to select this option as well.

Sum up / My own thoughts:

Changing to Battery Saving in UEFI from this app (by selecting Super Silent) is not possible because I cannot select the Super Silent mode and changing to Battery Saving from UEFI results an empty text in the fan mode section.

Changing to Intelligent Cooling in UEFI shows Efficient Thermal Dissipation on the app.

Changing to Extreme Performance in UEFI also shows no text in the fan section. However, Dust Cleaning might be this option, with the difference that it turns on the fan to the maximum speed possible.
