Redesign the NU block interface #55
Description
The interface for the NU block was designed for the total and prompt nubar for the NU block. The delayed nubar from the DNU block is the same but the interface feels inappropriate. This is not a blocking issue but we should look into it before the entire ContinuousEnergyTable gets deployed for general use.
