In general, since PolSpice works, all original apps using anafast can be deleted.

mkmask.py --> ok
mkcross.py --> discarded, now use mkpolspicecrosscl.py
mkforeground.py --> ok
mkcsi.py --> ok, for now
mkforecl.py --> discarded, now use mkpolspiceforecl.py
mkcl.py --> discarded, now use mkpolspicecl.py
mkpolspiceDxMcross.py --> keep, but modify
mkpolspicecrosscl.py --> ok, NEW
mkdataselection.py --> ok
mkdatarestyle.py --> ok
mapview.py --> ok
mkpolspiceforecl.py --> ok, NEW
mkpolspiceEcross.py --> to be changed (using mkpolspicecrosscl.py)
