As Open Data Hub maintainer I need the API to support being available under multiple domains to migrate it to timeseries.api.opendatahub.com

To gradually migrate to a new domain, the API has to take into account the user's host header when returning absolute links.
Make sure this works correctly with various proxy setups, consider those headers as well.
