all the links for ports on the ports page are wrong

not sure what's going on at https://www.nordtheme.com/ports, but with just about every single port (I haven't verified all of them), the links go to the wrong port. For example, for iTerm2, it currently goes to https://www.nordtheme.com/ports/visual-studio-code. "tmux" goes to https://www.nordtheme.com/ports/vim; etc. etc.
