Migrate to monorepo

It was pretty surprising (and not only for me) that the api docs are not actually part of the monorepo with the rest of the docs. Doing such migration will benefit to everyone I believe: contributors to fix & add snippets, maintainers to maintain & improve quality. Would like some insights on this.

I tend to aggree it will be much easier to colocate everything under the same roof. From what I recall we had some problems with the hosting service, but I'm quite sure it shouldn't be an issue any more @andrewgolovanov, @lnikell what do you think?
